At Elephant Stock, we want you to love your wall art; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Secure the Artwork

  Carefully pack your wall art in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our studio in perfect condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
